Remote Software Optimization

Ensure you have the latest software and updates on your machine, cleanup old programs, check for hardware issues and upgrades, and make sure everything keeps running smoothly.

Drop-Off Service

$125

Popups, viruses, spyware and other trojan horse programs are no match for Canyonero. If we can’t remove it, we back up your data and reinstall/restore your system, all for no extra charge. Most competitors remove your data to “clean” an infected machine, but we make every attempt to restore as much of your programs and files as safely as we can.

Diagnosis & Repair

$100/hour

Remote help via our secured screen-sharing application can be done to fix urgent problems you’re having right now. Remote repairs are great for questions about how to use software, help with troubleshooting, and even spyware removal.

Canyonero Comes To You

$135/1st hour, $100/hr additional

As needed, Canyonero can come to you and assist with problems that are hard to fix remotely. Examples include networking your computers, installing a wireless router, and configuring a printer. This is not available for virus removals or laptop hardware repair.
